Requirements
- Term student or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Software Engineering, or anything similar.
- Write and read English (Advanced): be able to read books, technical papers, or blog posts and understand them. Additionally, be able to generate a summary of said readings.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position (System Administrator, Cloud Engineer, etc.).
- Advanced practical experience in operating systems and networking.
- Experience in UNIX-like systems administration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and proven experience with production-level workflows using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
- Experience with the SDLC and proven participation at any of its stages. Experience with version control systems and git-flow (or Trunk-Based) development.
- 2+ years of experience in application containerization technologies such as Docker and Docker Compose.
- 2+ years of experience in configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- 1+ years of experience with any CI/CD service (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or anything similar).
- Advanced knowledge in applications deployments with any major Cloud Service Provider (AWS or Azure, GCP is a plus).
- Experience with container orchestration using tools such as Docker Swarm, Kubernetes.

A Service Desk Engineer is the base in which our IT department is sustained. He is the one who, with his work, covers the base needs of the clients, being one of the people in charge of keeping the clients satisfied.
Objectives
The objective of Service Desk Engineer is to provide the necessary assistance to users regarding information technology. Such assistance should be as fast and efficient as possible, seeking solutions that allow the operations of users to operate for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to users regarding failures in their computer equipment, as well as software failures.
- Assist users with the installation of physical or peripheral equipment.
- Assist users with the installation of software in their computers for their work.
- Installation or reinstallation of operating system on computers, as well as user-use programs.

The focus of the Design Management role is to bridge the gap between business and UX. As a leadership role, the Design Manager is responsible for managing the UX Research team (chapter), mentor the chapter members and collaborate with other managers (chapter leads) to define and improve the UX processes.
The role of the UX Research Manager is both a hands-on and strategic role that demands a solid background in the conceptualizing, designing, and creating first-class product experiences for the product’s consumers.
UX Research Manager also coordinate all the design work required during the production of the technical deliverables needed to build a digital product. GBH is looking for a Software Quality Assurance (Junior) to plan, design, execute and automate tests. If you enjoy a highly collaborative environment, then this position might be for you!
Responsibilities
- Participate in the whole software development life cycle by reviewing documentation and making sure they meet good quality standards.
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications for any application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality.
- Plan tests based on formal and informal documentation by creating well-structured test plans.
- Execute test cases and test scripts.
- Execute manual tests for front-end and back-end working environments.
- Report defects, bugs, and errors on any application under test.
- Follow up on reported issues during the bugs life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or senior student in Computer Science or related.
- Advanced or Native English level.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Experience with any of these software development methodologies: Waterfall, Phase Gate, SCRUM.
- 1+ year of overall tech-related work experience.
- Familiarity with bug and feature tracking systems such as JIRA.
- Experience with one of the following programming languages: JavaScriptReact.js, Angular 1 and 2, Java, C#, PHP, Elixir, Node.js, React Native.

Los miembros de nuestro equipo de IT Outsourcing son responsables de brindar la asistencia necesaria a los usuarios con necesidades relacionadas a tecnología de la información. Trabajan en diferentes ambientes según sus capacidades, entre las áreas más comunes: Soporte técnico, Redes, Infraestructura y Seguridad de la información.
Responsabilidades
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a los usuarios.
- Instalar y dar mantenimiento a diversos equipos de tecnología.
- Participar en el levantamiento de requerimientos para proyectos y soluciones.
