One of Banco Múltiple Caribe main characteristics has been the development of innovative business lines, penetrating market segments so far unattended by the sector, such as financing programs for used vehicles, trucks and the implementation of the Payment Points program at a national level. In order to improve the experience perceived by users when visiting their website, a user experience consultancy was conducted to redesign the website, making it more attractive and modern to generate greater interaction.
In this project, the user experience process was carried out where user research was executed, which was taken as a basis to carry out the rest of the process that resulted in the design of the current web page.
As a result of the consultancy, the following were designed:
• Pages for each category of products and services offered by the entity.
• A Bot with which users can interact to know product suggestions depending on their needs.
• The loans and benefits calculator generated by investments of certificates or savings accounts.
• Currency calculator.
• A map with branch offices and subagents that can be filtered by city and sector.
